Why isn’t there sound coming from my device?
This is the most common question that we receive but luckily it is very easy to remedy. The sound for the app is controlled by the master volume control on your device and allows you to mute the volume by switching to vibrate mode. If you are having trouble hearing sound, verify that your device isn’t switched to vibrate mode and that the volume isn’t set to zero.
